London’s theatre scene is one of the best in the world. With a bit of patience and luck, here are the best ways to get budget-friendly West End tickets:
Frozen & Lion King — Disney Magical Monday for £25 tickets for up to 2 tickets
• Tickets go on sale at Noon for that week’s performance
• Join the virtual queue and be ready to book up to 2 assigned seats

Hamilton — Daily lottery for £10 tickets for up to 2 tickets
• The lottery opens 12:01 am every Friday and closes at 1 pm the next Thursday for the following week’s performances
• Notifications are sent between Noon and 4 pm on Thursday and winners have 2 hours to claim and pay for tickets

Tip: Keep an eye out for Olivier award nominations in early March – it is a good time to catch shows before the awards are announced in early April and the prices go up.
